Giving Back Is A Beautiful Thing

Wilmington Plastic Surgery is pleased to have the opportunity to support many charitable organizations, participate in international medical mission trips, and offer free cancer screenings to our community. Doing our part helps make the world a more beautiful place. 

Medical Mission Trips:

Delivering medical services to people in third world countries who would never have access to such care is one of the most rewarding aspects of Dr. Ken White’s profession. He has traveled to the Dominican Republic 18 times over 15 years, performing a variety of relatively simple (by U.S. standards) procedures that profoundly improve the quality of life for the recipients. Free Cancer Screenings:

In conjunction with Skin Cancer Awareness Month in May, and as a public service for Relay for Life, Wilmington Plastic Surgery offers skin cancer evaluations free of charge to the community. Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the U.S. and early detection is key for ensuring a happy and healthy outcome.
