Rhytidectomy, or a facelift, can improve signs of aging in the face and neck, including sagging skin, deep creases, deposits of fat, loss of muscle tone and loose skin. Pre- and Post-Operative Skin Care

It is extremely important to prepare the skin for any surgical procedure because the condition of the skin at the time of surgery will have a definite impact on how the skin recovers. WPS utilizes laser and skin care services before and after surgery in order to enhance the effects of cosmetic procedures, correct pigmentation issues (such as sun damage) that will not be addressed with surgery alone, and in the case of oxygen treatments after the procedure, speed healing and minimize bruising.

Every patient who is scheduled for a facelift receives a complimentary skin care package that includes:

• Two pre-operative chemical peels (determined by skin type)
• A customized skin care regimen
• Two post-operative oxygen treatments
