Scar placement in Brachioplasty is critical. Dr. Glener intentionally places the scar on the inside of the arm, so it is concealed unless intentionally revealed.

This patient had Melanoma In Situ (cancerous) Dr. Morgan needed 5 mm margins to remove the melanoma which required a skin graft closure. Scars take a full 12-18mths to fully mature – patient was instructed to avoid UV exposure and wear proper facial sunscreen.
