Dr. Morgan
Dr. Morgan completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He went on to attend medical school at Wake Forest University and returned to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his plastic surgery residency. After residency, he went on to complete a fellowship in hand surgery as well as microsurgery training and finally completed an Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic.
Although he is currently in private practice at Wilmington Plastic Surgery in Wilmington North Carolina, Dr. Morgan remains active academically. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an Adjunct Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. This has afforded him the opportunity to remain on the cutting edge of current advances in plastic surgery. His special interests include cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body contouring, facial aesthetics procedures, and advanced skin cancer treatments.
Dr. Morgan has served as a consultant, trainer, and speaker for several leading aesthetic drug and device companies. In recognition of his extensive accomplishments, the Consumers’ Research Council of America has named Dr. Morgan in its Guide to America’s Top Surgeons in 2011, 2012, and 2013.

I would have to say that this is the most wonderful physician I’ve ever met. He actually is honest on what he would think recommend. I had gone in for recommendation on procedure only to find out thatwould not interest. Instead of manipulating or fabricating the situation to acquire, the business or funding he was honest and told me that I would probably be unhappy with the results. I had a tummy tuck / abdominoplasty on 1/2/24 with Dr. Morgan. I highly recommend him and his excellent staff at Wilmington Plastic Surgery. They were ALL super friendly, supportive, and very knowledgeable about their job. After 10 days post op I am so pleased with my results, I can’t imagine what it is gonna look like completely healed !

I have experienced surgery with Dr. Morgan and his staff twice over a twelve year span. Both times have been nothing but a wonderful experience.
